We started the Law firm of Prentiss Zaynard P.C. in order to be the kind of attorneys our clients want to work with. Our law firm is what we call a "mobile practice," meaning that we will meet with you at your home or at other places that are comfortable and convenient for you. We are based in Broomfield, but we serve the family law and bankruptcy needs of clients in the north Denver metro area, including Westminster, Arvada, and JeffCo.
Our goal for all of our clients is to get you "back to good." Family law, criminal defense, and bankruptcy needs almost always come with stress and disruption of your life. At Prentiss Zaynard, we are committed to making a difference. We became lawyers because we wanted to help people, and believe that our job is to shoulder some of your burden and restore your peace of mind so you can move on.
We personally tailor our legal services to you and your case. When you call Prentiss Zaynard, you will be speaking to the actual attorney who is handling your case, rather than an assistant or junior attorney. The same attorney will be doing all the work on your case; nothing is shunted off to a paralegal down the hall.

At Prentiss Zaynard, there are no administrative hurdles to go through before you see us. We are there with you from the beginning and will be with you every step of the way. We specialize in family law and bankruptcy, but we also handle light criminal work and estate planning, including traffic violations, DUIs, wills, and trusts.

For our clients' convenience, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We offer flexible and reasonable billing options, including hourly and flat-fee arrangements for divorce, criminal defense matters, estate planning, and bankruptcy. Although our normal office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, our hours are flexible and can include evening and weekend hours by appointment. As "lawyers who make house calls" we will meet with you when and where it is convenient and comfortable for you.
We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
